Thank you RAGofAZ

I would like to take this time to “Thank you” all for allowing me to be the Board Secretary for Rescue a Golden for these past 12 years.  It has been an honor and a privilege to work for such a wonderful organization.  

When Barbara Elk called me back in 2010, and asked if I would run for the Board of Directors for Rescue a Golden, as the Secretary, I said “yes.” I never thought when I took on this role, that I would be so fulfilled, as to have stayed for over a decade.

You are all such an amazing group of people, all working for the same thing and supporting this organization.  I have made some wonderful friends, who I will hold dear for the rest of my life.  You understand what it means when we say, “All for the love of a Golden!”

I have learned so much and feel like I made a difference in some dog’s lives, helped a family find a new fur-kid, and maybe educated some people.  I will always be grateful for the opportunity I was given.

I will still be around working with Rescue a Golden, just in a different capacity.  I look forward to a new chapter with new challenges.

Thank you again for allowing me to be a part of the RAG Family.  I love you all!
