Jackson IMG 0482bWe adopted Jackson (FKA Sterling) in the summer of 2004. He was a 10 month old stray found in the desert and was emaciated with a scraggly coat. We brought him into our family with 3 young children who he adored for the next 9 years. He loved to swim, loved his tennis balls and quickly learned to love the snow when we moved to Chicagoland. He became a wonderful part of our family with such a good temperment and so enjoyed walking to school to gets pats and kisses from all the kids. Sadly, he was diagnosed with aggressive hemangiosarcoma the day after Mother's Day and gave us another almost 8 weeks of love and loyalty before we let him go. He will be very missed by everyone whose heart he touched.
